Jackie’s pizza peel is robust and perfectly fits the size of your oven. The beech-wood handle provides a solid grip during the baking process. The magnetic thermometer tells you when you can start baking. You hang it on the side of the oven.
With a width of 30 cm, this pizza shovel is ideal for the pizza stone in Jackie’s compact oven. The handle is relatively short, as Jackie’s oven is not deep. Moreover, it’s easy to store away. Store it indoors, so it lasts for many years.
To assemble the pizza peel, you need a hex key of 3 mm and a socket spanner of 7 mm (M5 bolt and cap nut in inox). We deliberately chose this connection to optimize the longevity. In case of a defect, you don’t have to throw away the shovel. Instead, it can easily be repaired, possibly with a spare part. ‘Design for Repairability’ is an important aspect to ensure the circular lifecycle of all Jackie products.
