While using your Jackie, the window of the stove might turn black. Usually, this coating will be burnt away by the flames. However, stubborn buildup should be wiped away on the inside when the outdoor stove has completely cooled down. This prevents permanent stains on the ceramic glass and allows you to properly see the flames the next time you light the stove.
You can clean Jackie from the top, by removing the cover plate/plancha or the optional pizza oven. This way, the central chamber is open and easily accessible. The extra long brush handle makes cleaning even more ergonomic. Feel free to wet the hairs of the brush to remove stubborn stains. Cleaning agents are unnecessary.
